How a government enterprise implemented ERPNext in 3 months?

Maharashtra IT hired us for a complete ERP implementation during the challenging times of Covid. With no option of onsite implementation, the entire implmentation was done remotely in a highly cost effective manner.

After a scoping exercise the implementation of the modules of HR (Leave, Attendance, Timesheets), Purchasing, Sales, Support, CRM and PCQ (custom module for IT Services) went live successfully during the year 2020. These are still actively used with over 2000 users (contractors and employees).

We were hired for an end to end Remote Implementation of ERPNext (Open Source web based ERP) for the following - Accounts, Data Migration, Integration with RDash, Expenses and Reimbursement modules with complex workflow rules.

Data migration was completed sucessfully and opening balances were signed off by the audit team. Post that ERPNext was live and 3rd party API based integrations were built with their internal systems to automatically create Purchase Invoices and other documents. The entire project was completed via Remote Implementation in 6 months.

A simple cloud ERP solution was decided to be implemented. Operations were digitized to include ERP integration with Amazon for better Order Management, manage Stock at multiple locations and Quotes, invoicing integrated with email.
